摘要
高职院校毕业生的综合素质和实践能力,与用人单位的需求之间存在着较大的差距。目前教学过程中普遍采用了项目化教学、案例教学、工作任务驱动教学等教学模式,以提升毕业生的实践能力。合适的实践教学评价方法,也能够提升学生的内在学习需求,促进综合职业能力的发展。文章就实践教学的考核与评价方式存在的不足及改进措施进行分析,以促进学生专业实践能力的提升。
There is a big gap between the comprehensive quality and practical ability of the graduates of higher vocational colleges and the demand of the employers. During the teaching process, the most commonly-used teaching modes are project teaching, case teaching and task driven teaching so as to improve the practical ability of the graduates. Appropriate practice teaching evaluation methods also can enhance students' internal learning demands and promote the development of comprehensive professional ability. In this paper, the existing problems and improvement measures of the assessment and evaluation of practice teaching are analyzed in order to improve the professional practice ability of the students.
