摘要
以高职商务翻译课程为例,分析当前高职教学存在的"高职特色不足、学生参与不够、个性化难以显现"等问题与现行考核方式之间的联系,并指出要解决这些问题、提升教学有效性应从考核方式上入手进行改革,通过"多元化""多向化""差异化"考核,充分发挥其引导功能,提高课堂教学有效性,培养出在新形势下能够适应市场需求的高技能应用型人才。
The purpose of the assessment is to check whether the students have mastered the knowledge that learned in class, but also to evaluate the teaching effectiveness of the teachers. With the analysis of the status qua of the Business Translation course in Higher Vocational Colleges, this paper have illustrated the relevant reasons and solutions to develop the teaching effectiveness of the vocational courses by reforming the assessment methods. Those methods will include diversify the assessment to enhance the education for students’ skills, the change of the assessment’s subjects to diversify the teaching in class, the difference-making strategy in assessment procedure to encourage the personalization educationin the vocational colleges. All of these methods could help to educate versatile talents who will meet the demands of the society.
