摘要
文章介绍采用Matlab绘制的接触线得到该蜗杆的齿廓螺旋线,把Matlab中数据转化为数据文件,运用UG8.0样条曲线方式导入数据点,生成样条曲线,通过曲线组的方法建立蜗杆工作齿面,然后通过缝合等命令,把片体实体化。所生成的蜗杆可为后续的数控加工提供精确的数据值。
This paper obtained the spiral tooth profile with the contact lines drawn by Matlab,turned the Matlab data into data files,generated spline curves by importing data points with UG8. 0 spline curve,and materialized the sheet body by establishing a worm working tooth surface with curves and by the instructions like stitching and so on.The generated worm can provide accurate data value for following numerical control machining.
