摘要
以高岭土为载体、NdH_3P_2W_(18)O_(62)为活性组分,通过浸渍法制备出40%NdH_3P_2W_(18)O_(62)/高岭土催化剂,考察其在催化乙酸与正丁醇酯化反应中的催化活性,利用FT-IR、XRD、SEM、EDX、N2-TPD及NH3-TPD对催化剂结构进行表征。结果表明,NdH_3P_2W_(18)O_(62)较好地负载在高岭土上,且保持Dawson结构不变。当正丁醇与乙酸的摩尔比为1.5∶1.0,w(40%NdH_3P_2W_(18)O_(62)/高岭土)=2.6%(以反应物质量计),反应温度125℃,反应时间2.5 h,酯化率为94.4%。该催化剂具有良好的重复使用性能,第5次重复使用时酯化率仍可保持为81.9%。
Phosphotungstic acid neodymium supported on kaolin (40% NdH3PzW18O62/ Kaolin) were prepared by im- pregnating method, the catalytic performance was evaluated by the esterification reaction of n - butanol with acetic acid. And its structural characteristics were characterized by FT- IR, XRD, SEM, EDX, N2 -TPD and NH3 -TPD. The results indi- cated that the NdH3P2WIsO62 was loaded well in kaolin and the NdH3P2W18O62 on kaolin support existed in the form of Daw- son structure. The catalyst exhibited high esterifieation reaction catalytic activity and the highest esterification rate was up to 94. 4% under the optimal reaction conditions, i. e. , the mass ratio of butanol to total reactant of 2.6% , reaction temperature of 125℃, reaction time of 2. 5 h. When the 40% NdH3P2W18O62/kaolin being used five times, the esterification rate could reach 81.9%.
