摘要
以La(NO_3)_3·6H_2O,Al(NO_3)_3·9H_2O为氧化剂,C_2H_5NO_2为还原剂,采用溶液燃烧法制备了纳米LaAlO_3粉体。在理论摩尔比为3∶3∶10的条件下,探讨了焙烧温度、焙烧时间对产物的影响。利用XRD、SEM、UV对产物进行了表征,确定了合成纳米LaAlO_3的最佳合成条件为700℃、4 h,并对合成的最优产物测其荧光光谱图。
In this paper,nanometer lanthanum aluminate powders were prepared by solution combustion method with La( NO_3)_3· 6H_2O and Al( NO_3)_3·9H_2O as oxidant and C_2H_5NO_2 as reductant. Under the condition of theory molar ratio of3: 3: 10,the influence of different calcination temperature and time on the product were discussed. The products were characterized by XRD,TEM and UV,the optimum synthesis conditions for synthesis of nanometer lanthanum aluminate is determined at 700℃ for 4 h,and the fluorescence spectra for the optimal product were measured.
