非典型雇佣关系下的组织承诺:对IT行业自由职业者的实证研究 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,很多学者一直在关注我国人力资源雇佣关系的发展趋势,但很少有人关注我国非典型雇佣方式下的自由职业者对组织的承诺问题。为此,本文以我国IT自由职业者为研究对象,采用访谈和在线调查两个阶段收集数据。调查过程采取一些措施确保完成问卷的人是自由职业者,从而确保研究所使用的数据真实。通过对调查数据的分析发现,自由职业者与固定工作者一样,对组织是具有承诺的;另自由职业者的个人特征、工作环境对组织承诺有较大程度的影响,但影响程度有所不同。
