摘要 AM真菌在农业生产用"菌肥"以及重金属污染修复上占据重要地位。AM真菌的生理生化及遗传特性决定了AM真菌的利用方式。离体双重培养法是目前研究AM真菌生物学功能特性的高效便利的途径,利用AM真菌与植物离体转型根进行共生培养探究AM真菌的生长发育过程,为未来利用AM真菌孢子生产AM真菌接种剂提供理论参考。本文综述了近年来国内外AM真菌离体双重培养的研究进展,针对目前AM真菌纯培养存在的问题题提出了相关建议。 Arbuscular mycorrhizae(AM)has play an important role in repairing the heavy metal pollution and producing the bacterial manure. The utilization of AM fungi was depended on the physiology and biochemistry or hereditary character of it. The vitro dual culture is a high-efficiency and convenient approach to study the biological function of AM. Using AM fungi spore and Ri-TDNA transformed roots to explore the growth and development of it that can present some theoretic conference about using AM fungi to product fungicide in the future. Some currently research progresses were summarized in here and related suggestions were proposed to the cultivation of AM in the future based on some issues which have encountered.
