文章描述了磷酸亚锡作为催化剂在苯甲醇作为引发剂的情况下,催化δ-戊内酯(δ-VL)和ε-己内酯(ε-CL)在溶液中开环聚合制备相应的聚酯。所调控的内酯开环聚合均呈可控-活性聚合,嵌段反应以及扩链反应正是建立在活性聚合的基础上。磷酸亚锡包括一个金属配位点与一个布朗斯特碱位点,通过配位及氢键化作用,同时活化底物中潜在的亲核与亲电中心。除了得到具有设定分子量及较窄分子量分布的聚合物,在反应过程可优化反应路径,抑制副反应。
The article describes the stannous pyrophosphate as a catalyst in the case of benzylalcohol as initiator, catalyzes δ-valerolactone and ε-caprolactone(ε-CL)to generate polyester through ring opening polymerization in the solution. The ring opening polymerization of lactone were controlled-active polymerization, block and chain extension reaction is established on the basis of the actived polymerization. Stannous pyrophosphate includes a metal coordination site and a bronsted base site, activates the potential nucleophilic and electrophilic center of substrate at the same time through the coordination and hydrogen bonding effect. In addition to get a polymer of stated molecular weight and narrow molecular weight distribution, the path of reaction can be optimized and the adverse event can be restrained.
