摘要
以聚马来酸酐、丙烯酸、甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚等为单体,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,合成三元聚合物MA/AA/TPEG,同时在静态条件下,考察了TPEG用量、介质pH、聚合物用量对硅垢的抑制作用。结果表明,使用浓度相等时,MA/AA/TPEG-2的抑制效果最佳,在pH=6时用量为50 mg/L时对阻硅垢率可达到65%。
The tripolymer MA/AA/TPEG was prepared by maleic anhydride(MA), acrylic acid(AA)and methyl allyl polyethenoxy ether(TPEG). The polymerization was intiated by the initiator with persulfate. The silica scale inhibition performance of MA/AA/TPEG was investigated by the screening measurement at different conditions.Results showed that the polymer has a certain inhibitory effect on silica scale, MA/AA/TPEG-2 has a best inhibition power under the same dosage of the tripolymer,Inhibition power increased to a maximum at pH=6, about 65 % at 50 mg/L.
