摘要
大学治理需要发挥大学教授的作用,但这一判断是建立在大学教授是"真教授"的基础之上。"真教授"以立德树人、培育时代新人为根本使命;以发展学术、创造与应用知识为理想追求;以传承文化思想、引领社会发展为文化责任;以针砭时弊、维护公正道义为时代使命。但是,现实中某些教授有教授之称谓,但在育人、为学、文化、批判等方面远离"真教授"的应然角色。教授个体、教授群体、大学、政府必须共同努力,采取必要的措施,使教授们充分理解"教授"的内涵和价值追求,并回归角色应然。如此,推动教授参与大学治理才能实至名归,也才有可能进一步提高大学的管理水平。
It is necessary for university governance to play the role of professor in university. However, this judgment is based on the true professor in university. The true professor is responsible for cultivating new talents, developing academics, inheriting culture and criticizing reality. In fact, although some professors are just called the professor by others in reality, they are actually far away from the true role as a professor. The professor individual, professors'groups, the university and the government must work together to take some necessary measures to make professors fully understand the meaning and value of a real professor, and return to the true role as a professor. Therefore, we can actually push the professor to join the university governance and improve universities management level.
