摘要
以蜡含量较高的减压渣油为原料,通过丙烷脱沥青、加氢处理、酮苯脱蜡、白土精制等工艺组合生产出优质的润滑脂用高黏度基础油。该工艺得到的基础油黏度指数高于60、倾点-12℃、氧化安定性较好、颜色浅,是优质的润滑脂用高黏度基础油原料。
The base oil for lubricating grease with high viscosity was prepared using the vacuum residue by propane deasphalting-hydrotreating-ketone benzol dewaxing-clay refining process. The viscosity index of the base oil was higher than 60, the pour point was less than-12 ℃, the oxidation stability was good and the color was light. So the base oil was good feedstock for lubricating grease with high viscosity.
