摘要
针对造球过程中生球表面恶化、生球成长速度过快引起生球料量波动等问题,结合"滴水成球、雾水长大"的原理,对6 m造球盘雾化水的设置和位置进行设计和实施改造,实现了添加的雾化水尽可能分散,且可控可调,减弱了滴水装置使用带来的不良影响,提高了生球质量。
Aiming at the problems of pellet quality fluctuation caused by pellet surface deterioration and fast growing rate of pellet in pelletizing process,combined with the principle of ＂dripping ball and growing mist＂, this paper carries on the design and transformation implementation of the setting and position of 6 m pelletizing disc with atomized water,realizing the dispersed adding of atomized water as much as possible, which is adjustable and controllable, not only weakens the adverse effects of dripping device, and improves the quality of the pellet.
