摘要
对传统的梨形套、楔形接头绳索连接形式进行分析,阐述楔式连接工作原理及改进思路。研究设计一种新型螺旋楔式绳索快速连接器,并介绍其制作、试验、应用及快速安装、拆卸方法。该连接器可快速解决桥式卸船机绳索连接问题。
The traditional pear shape of bail and wedge rope connection are researched and analyzed to speed up the connection. The work principle and improvement method of wedge connection are introduced. A fast rope connector of new spiral wedge is developed and the production, test, practical application, quick installation and removal method are introduced. The connector can solve the problem of bridge ship unloader rope connection quickly.
