知信行模式在新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病患儿家长健康教育中的应用 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨知信行模式(IKAP)在新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病(HIE)患儿家长健康教育中的应用价值。方法将120例HIE患儿家长随机按数字表法分为干预组和对照组各60例,干预组应用IKAP模式进行健康教育,对照组采用传统健康教育模式进行健康教育。观察2组患儿家长HIE相关知识掌握情况,治疗依从性及护理满意程度。结果干预组患儿家长在HIE知识、用药知识、康复知识掌握合格率以及宣教满意度、态度满意度、操作满意度、结果满意度等评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组患儿家长在依从性及总依从率方面高于对照组(P>0.05).结论 IKAP模式可以明显的提高HIE患儿家长健康知识掌握水平,改善患儿家长的依从性。 Objective To explore the values of knowledge,attitude,belief and practice mode(IKAP)in health education for parents of children with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods One hundred and twenty parents of HIE were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group,60 in each.The former was exposed to IKAP mode in health education,while the latter to the traditional mode.Acquisition of knowledge related to HIE,compliance to education and satisfaction with nursing of the two groups were observed for further analysis.Results Parents of the experiment group was graded much higher in terms of acquisition of HIE-related knowledge,drug using and rehabilitation and exhibited much more satisfaction with the lecture given,attitude adopted,operation and resultsthan those of the control group(P〈0.05).Meanwhile,parents of the experiment group showed much more compliance and,therefore,higher total compliance rate(P〉0.05).Conclusion IKAP mode could significantly improve the knowledge acquisition and compliance of parents of HIE-affected children.
