摘要
系统地提出了岩溶、石漠化与石漠公园的概念及其关系,阐述了我国石漠公园的建设背景及意义,并从生态环境脆弱性、生态保护、游憩休闲、科学研究、科普宣教、社会公益性等6个方面分析了石漠公园的主要特征,对石漠公园体系建设、组织管理、投融资与运营机制、生态文明建设及建设规划等方面进行了探讨,为石漠公园规划、建设与管理提供参考。
This article proposed the conceptions of karst,rocky desertification and rocky desert park and its relationship,also described the construction background and significance of rocky desert park in our country. We summarized main features of the rocky desert park ranging from fragile ecological environment,ecological protection,recreation and scientific research,scientific education,social welfare,also proposed specific suggestions on the rocky desert park system construction,organization and management,investment financing and operating mechanism,the construction of ecological civilization and construction planning etc.,in order to provide the reference to the construction and planning of rocky desert parks.
