矿井通风构筑物失效与通风系统功能失效的关系 被引量:2

Relationship between Failure of Ventilation Structure and Ventilation Function in Mine Ventilation System

摘要 以概率论与数理统计、可靠性工程、失效分布类型的确定方法为理论基础,对矿井通风构筑物失效与通风系统功能失效进行研究,定义了通风构筑物失效概率函数以及风量失效、风质失效、通风功能失效的判断函数,分析了通风构筑物与通风系统功能在失效模式中的关联关系。实例分析表明,矿井通风构筑物的失效分布类型服从正态分布、均匀分布;在维修周期内,单一通风构筑物失效概率一定时,通风功能不失效;多个通风构筑物以一定的失效概率并行存在时,通风功能可能失效。研究表明,对井下通风构筑物进行失效分析可以随时连续地判断通风功能的失效性,并及时采取有针对性的补救措施进行修复,控制煤矿灾害事故的发生。 The failure of ventilation structure and ventilation function in the mine ventilation system were studied based on probability theory and mathematical statistics,reliability engineering and the method of failure distribution in this article.Also the failure probability function of ventilation structure,the failure judgment function of air flow,air quality and ventilation function were defined.The correlation between the ventilation structure and ventilation system function in failure mode was analyzed.Through the case analysis of the mine,research shows that the failure distribution types of ventilation structure obey normal distribution and uniform distribution; When the failure probability of a single ventilation structure is certain,ventilation function is not failure; on the contrary,a plurality of ventilation structures exist in certain failure probability in parallel,the ventilation function may be failure in the maintenance cycle.The research shows that failure analysis of ventilation structures can be used to judge the failure of ventilation function at any time,and take timely remedial measures to repair,which can control the occurrence of coal mine disaster accident.
