摘要
地下连续墙是一项质量要求高,施工工序多,并须在短时间内连续完成一个槽段的地下隐蔽工程。地下连续墙以其施工时振动小、噪音低、整体性强、墙体刚度大、耐久性好、抗渗效果好、施工效率高、施工对周边地层扰动小等一系列优点,在深基坑建设工程中得到了较为广泛的应用。本文针对昆明·同德广场A7地块项目地质条件良好、地下水位高、周边建筑物距离较近、地下障碍物多等特点,对地下连续墙主要施工工艺进行阐述,从施工组织设计、质量控制等方面进行分析,为类似工程提供借鉴。
The underground continuous wall with high quality requirements and more construction processes is a underground concealed works which requires a groove segment completed within a short time. The underground continuous wall with a series of advantages of small vibration in construction, low noise, high integrity, large stiffness, good durability, good anti-permeability effect, high efficiency, small disturbance to surrounding ground etc., has been more widely used in deep foundation construction projects. Aiming at A7 plot of Kunming·Tongde square with these features of good geological conditions, high underground water level, the short distance between surrounding buildings, underground obstacles etc., this paper discussed the main construction technologies of underground continuous wall,made a analysis from these aspects of construction design, quality control etc., and provided references for similar projects.
