摘要
本文以某教学楼为实例,运用国内现行斯维尔系列BIM软件进行工程造价管理,实现了项目设计方案的优化,在保证工程质量的前提下,减少了工程量,节约了工程成本,同时,为进一步推进BIM技术在工程造价管理的应用,提出以下几点建议:在技术方面,应开发新技术、精化成本管理、深化5D BIM技术;在经济方面,要让企业直观了解BIM的经济效益;在实践中,加强BIM技术推广的同时,提高国内软件的兼容性,以实现与国际水平的接轨。
The thesis taking a teaching building as an example, the usage of Tshwane Software makes optimization of project design come true, which reduces quantities and saves project cost on the premise of guaranteeing project quality. The thesis also makes the following proposals for promoting the application of BIM technology in cost management: developing new technology, refining cost management and deepening 5D BIM in terms of technology; making enterprises understand the economic benefits of BIM intuitively in the aspect of economy; strengthening the BIM technology promotion, improving the compatibility of domestic software to attain the international level in practice.
