摘要
目的探讨hs-CRP和PCT在新生儿重症细菌感染性疾病预后中的应用价值。方法选择2012年2月-2015年3月本院NICU收治的99例重症细菌感染性疾病患儿为研究对象,选择同一时期进行健康体检的46例新生儿作为对照组,比较患病组和对照组hs-CRP和PCT水平,同时对患病组不同临床转归患者的hs-CRP、PCT、WBC进行动态监测。结果患病组hs-CRP和PCT的水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。好转组hs-CRP水平、PCT水平及WBC均低于恶化组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。WBC与hs-CRP和PCT均呈正相关(r值分别为0.996 1、0.985 9,P<0.05)。好转组患者hs-CRP和PCT、WBC均持续性下降,恶化组患者hs-CRP和PCT、WBC均持续性升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动态监测hs-CRP和PCT的水平对于新生儿重症细菌感染性疾病预后的评估具有重要意义,可用于重症细菌感染性疾病预后判断及病情监测。
Objective To investigate the value of dynamically monitoring hs - CRP and PCT in the prognosis of newborns with severe bacterial infection diseases. Methods 99 newborns with severe bacterial infections treated in NICU of our hospital during February 2012 - March 2015 were selected as the subjects. 46 health newborns for health examination in our hospital during the same period were chosen as the control group. The levels of hs - CRP and PCT in sick group and control group were compared. Meanwhile, dynamic monitoring of hs - CRP, PCT, WBC were carried out based on the clinical outcomes of newborns in sick group. Results The levels of hs - CRP and PCT in sick group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P 〈0.05 ). WBC score showed positive correlation with hs -CRP and PCT( r = 0.996 1, 0. 985 9, P 〈 0.05). hs - CRP, PCT and WBC in improve patients continuously decreased, which in deteriorated group continuously increased. And the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Dynamically monitoring the levels of hs - CRP and PCT in the prognosis of newborns with severe bacterial infections have important significance, which could be Used for the prognosis and disease surveillance of severe bacterial infections.
