摘要
针对小洼油田特稠油油藏主力区块开展了非烃气辅助吞吐增效技术研究。小洼油田目前处于吞吐开发末期,确定了注入方式为"氮气泡沫+二氧化碳+蒸汽";通过对多种泡沫剂的筛选,优选出稳定性、耐温性、封堵性能相对较好的HZ-Ⅰ型发泡剂,质量分数为0.8%,气液比为3.50~4.50。目前该技术在小洼油田实施试验井3口,同期对比阶段增油效果显著。
Research on non-hydrocarbon gases assisted steam huff and puff synergy technology was carried out in the main block of extra-viscous crude oil reservoir in Xiaowa Oilfield which is at the final stage of huff and puff development currently,the optimum injection mode,i. e. "nitrogen foam + carbon dioxide + steam",was identified,Foaming Agent HZ-I that has good stability,temperature tolerance and plugging performance was chosen from a variety of foaming agents through optimization,and the optimum usage of Foaming Agent HZ-I and the optimum gas-to-liquid ratio were identified as 0. 8% and 3. 50 to 4. 50 respectively. This technology has being used at three test wells of Xiaowa Oilfield currently,and the oil production increase was significant compared to that of previous production cycle after this technology was used.
