基于高温熔融盐法合成纳米氧化钕及其性能研究

Synthesis of Neodymium Oxide Nanoparticles Using High Temperature Molten Salt Method and Their Related Properties

摘要 本研究以Nd_2O_3为原料,在熔融盐Na NO_3、KNO_3中合成了纳米氧化钕,并探究了熔盐比例、灼烧时间和灼烧温度对产物的影响。采用激光粒度分析仪、透射电镜分别检测了纳米氧化钕的粒径、形貌。实验结果表明,当Na NO_3:Nd(OH)_3的质量比例为1:1,灼烧温度350℃,灼烧2 h时得到的纳米氧化钕为最佳,粒径分布较均,团聚较少,得到粒径主要分布在20~40 nm之间,呈近似圆形状。 This article uses Neodymium Oxide as raw material to synthetize Neodymium Oxide Nanoparticles in the temperature molten salt Na NO_3,KNO_3 and explore the influence of ratio of temperature molten salt firing time and calcination temperature. Making a measuring of feature with the transmission electron microscopy and Micro granularity cryoscope to detect the size distribution of the particle.The experimental results show that In the process of this experiment, while the ratio of mass Na NO_3, Nd(OH)_3 is 1:1, calcination time is 2 h, and the calcination temperature become 350 ℃, the particle size distribution of Neodymium Oxide is well-distributed, reunion is less. And most are between 20 to 40 nm, the shape is about round.
