摘要
目的:调查医院微信公众账号的运营现状及存在的问题,为微信平台更好地在医院应用提供建议。方法:对武汉市16家三级甲等综合医院的微信开通率、信息推送及栏目设置等进行分析。结果:武汉市三甲综合医院的微信开通率较高,但存在基础设置不完备、信息推送质量低、在线服务功能单一等问题。结论:医院依托微信平台的信息服务仍处于起步阶段,在实际运用中存在许多问题,需要不断探索和完善。
Objective To put forward suggestions for the better application of We Chat platform in hospitals by investigating the running status and problems of We Chat public account in hospitals. Methods The opening rate,information push and menu set of We Chat in 16 Wuhan class A general hospitals were analyzed. Results The opening rate of We Chat was rather high in Wuhan class A general hospitals,but their infrastructure was inperfect,their information push quality was poor,and their online service function was unitary. Conclusion The We Chat platformbased information service in hospitals is still at its initial stage with many problems in its practical application,and should thus further studied and perfected.
