船舶装载工况对不同孔径比轴系振动的影响 被引量:3

摘要 针对船舶装载工况和轴系孔径比不同所引起的轴系振动问题,以某型散货船作为研究对象,运用ANSYS有限元法对船舶空载与满载工况下的推进轴系振动进行模态分析,以此获得轴系振动的固有频率,并对船体变形引起不同孔径比轴系振动固有频率的差异进行仿真分析。结果表明,当轴系的孔径比相同时,振动固有频率的数值在满载工况下比空载工况下大;当船舶装载工况相同时,振动固有频率的数值随着轴系孔径比的增大逐渐减小。 Aiming at the vibration problems caused by the ship loading condition and the aperture ratio of the shaft, a type of bulk cargo ship is used as the research object, and the finite element method is used to analyze the vibration of the shaft system under the condition of no-load and full load to obtain the natural frequency of the shafting vibration, the difference of the natural frequency of the different aperture ratio the shaft system of the ship hull deformation is simulated and analyzed. The numerical results show that the natural frequency of shaft system of the same aperture ratio under full load condition is larger than that of the no-load condition. Under the same working condition, the natural frequency decreases gradually with the increase of the pore diameter ratio.
