摘要
目的探讨谷氨酰胺对重症胰腺炎患者血清IL-8和TNF-α水平的影响。方法选取诊断为重症胰腺炎的患者65例,随机分为30例研究组和35例对照组。两组患者入院后均给予肠外营养,研究组加用谷氨酰胺静脉滴注。对比研究组和对照组治疗前后血清IL-8和TNF-α、血清白蛋白、总蛋白。结果研究组和对照组治疗前血清IL-8、TNF-α、血清白蛋白、总蛋白结果比较无差异(P>0.05),治疗后血清IL-8、TNF-α、血清白蛋白、总蛋白结果比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论本次研究认为谷氨酰胺能够降低重症胰腺炎患者体内炎性水平,提高血清白蛋白、总蛋白含量。
Objective To study the effect of glutamine on serum levels of IL-8 and TNF-α with severe acute pancreatitis patients. Methods 65 cases of severe acute pancreatitis patients were randomly divided into study group（30 cases） and control group（35 cases）. Two groups of patients were given parenteral nutrition, and the study group was treated with glutamine intravenously. Serum IL-8 and TNF-α, serum albumin and total protein were compared before and after treatment between study group and control group. Results There was no difference in serum IL-8, TNF-α, serum albumin and total protein in study group and control group before treatment（P〈0.05）,while after treatment, there was differences between study group and control group in IL-8, TNF-α, serum albumin and total protein（P〈0.05）. Conclusion This study suggests that glutamine can reduce inflammation in patients with severe acute pancreatitis, and increase serum albumin and total protein content.
