摘要
利用紫外(UV)光固化机对蒎烷基丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯进行UV光固化反应研究,通过傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和凝胶色谱(GPC)对UV光固化后胶膜的性能进行了研究。考察了曝光时间、单体含量、光引发剂含量和光引发剂种类对固化后胶膜结构和热性能的影响,研究结果显示当甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯(IBOMA)含量为10%(wt,质量分数,下同),使用IR2959光引发剂用量为3%,曝光时间5min所得到的胶膜热性能较好,玻璃化转变温度(T_g)为21.06℃,数均分子量(Mn)值为20876;当丙烯酸异冰片酯(IBOA)含量为50%,使用IR2959光引发剂用量为3%,曝光时间4min所得到的胶膜热性能较好,T_g为19.94℃,Mn值为35924。
The pinanyl acrylate-modified waterborne polyurethane was prepared in the UV-curing machine.The performances of cured film were studied by FT-IR,DSC,and GPC.The effects of exposure time,monomer content,the species and content of photoinitiator on the structure and thermal properties were discussed.The results showed that modified WPUA film with better thermal properties could be prepared by UV-curing initiated with 3% IR 2959 for 5min using the WPUA prepolymer containing 10%IBOMA.Tg was 21.06℃,and Mn was 20876 under above condition.Meanwhile,the modified WPUA film with better thermal properties could be prepared by UV-curing initiated with 3% IR 2959 for 4min using the WPUA prepolymer containing 50%IBOA.Tg was 19.94℃,and Mn was 35924 under above condition.
