摘要
分别用通氮气的四口烧瓶和用保鲜膜密封的烧杯作为反应容器制备淀粉接枝丙烯酸高吸水性树脂,并就两种吸水树脂作为相变蓄冷材料在保水性能、吸水性能和蓄冷性能等方面进行了相关的研究。结果发现在四口烧瓶和烧杯这两种反应条件下制备的树脂吸水率有差别较大,分别是424.34和362.10g/g,保水性能两者基本一致,蓄冷性能上无明显差距,都有较长的相变平台,简化后的制备工艺对于淀粉高吸水性树脂在蓄冷领域的广泛应用具有重要意义。
Starch super absorbent polymer was prepared in four neck flash with N2 and in beaker with film sealed without anything different.The performance of water absorbency,water retaining and cold storage were studied as a phase change cold storage material.The results showed that the water absorbency in these two different reaction conditions was different.However,the water retaining performance was similar to each other,both showing a big advantage than water.The performances as a cold storage material had little difference and both had a long phase-change platform.The technology of starch super absorbent polymer prepared in beaker was simple and low-cost,which was of great significance to the application as a phase change material.
