摘要
将参数化优化技术与有限元分析技术相结合,以降低应力集中为目标,对轴肩过渡曲线的优化设计进行了分析,采用了参数方程的方法来描述轴肩过渡曲线,对几种不同形式的参数方程描述的轴肩过渡曲线进行了仿真分析,结合已有圆弧蜕变曲线的优化结果和上述曲线的分析结果在优化效率、加工难易程度和实用性方面进行了综合比较。结果表明,用圆弧蜕变曲线和超椭圆曲线是目前描述轴肩过渡曲线较好的方式,且对比结果对轴肩过渡曲线设计方法的合理选择提供了有益的参考。
Combines the parametric optimization techniques with finite element analysis techniques for optimal design of shaft shoulder transition curve to reduce the stress concentration. The methods of parameter equations are used to describe the transition curve,and then carry out the simulation analysis by several forms of parameter equations. Combined with the optimization results of the existing circular arc transformation curves and the optimization results of the above curves,a comprehensive comparison is made on the optimization efficiency, the difficulty degree and the practicality of the process. The results show that the arc decayed curve and the hyperelliptic curve are the better choose for the description of the shaft shoulder transition curve, and the comparison resuhsoffer useful reference for the reasonable choice of the shoulder transition curves' design method.
