摘要
将精练剂ZJ-CH58应用于棉织物的低温前处理工艺中,应用均匀设计试验方法探讨了ZJ-CH58、烧碱、双氧水的用量以及温度、时间等因素对棉织物前处理效果的影响。当ZJCH58为2g/L,烧碱7g/L,双氧水1g/L,温度80℃,时间60min时,采用一浴法对棉坯布进行煮练漂,白度可达73.3、毛效9.6cm、失重率16.19%、强力446c N,工艺省时节能。
Scouring agent ZJ-CH58 was applied to a low temperature pretreatment process of cotton fabric. The influence of ZJ-CH58, caustic soda, hydrogen peroxide dosage, temperature and time on the effect of the pretreatment of cotton fabric was discussed by using even design method. When ZJ-CH58 was 2g/L, caustic soda was 7 g/L, hydrogen peroxide was 1g/L, temperature was 80℃, time was 60mins, one bath method was adopted to bleach cotton fabric, the whiteness of fabric was 73.3, capillary effect was 9.6cm, rate of weight loss was 16.19% , strength was 446cN, which proved that the process was time-saving and energy-saving.
