摘要
使用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对采自广东省湛江市的蓝花楹(Jacaranda mimosifolia)木材结构特征进行研究。结果表明,蓝花楹主要木材结构特征为散孔材,单管孔和短径列复管孔,单穿孔;木射线为同型单列,轴向薄壁组织主要为环管束状、翼状、聚翼状;蓝花楹木材导管分子窄而短,纤维短、纤维壁有薄有厚,木射线短。通过对引种蓝花楹木材纤维形态分析可知,该木材适宜做造纸用材。
Wood anatomical features of Jacaranda mimosifolia growing in Zhanjiang were observed by means of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope.The results indicated that J. mimosifolia is diffuse-porous wood with solitary pore and adial multiple pore.The perforation plate was simple.The ray tissue was homogeneous uniseriate ray.The axial parenchyma showed vasicentric,aliform and confluent.Accoding to analyzing the quantitative char-acteristics of fiber,J. mimosifolia is suitable for paper-making
