摘要 根据新建40 000t/d选矿厂的建设规模、入选矿石性质、选矿工艺的需要,研究以多缸液压圆锥破碎机为代表的"三段一闭路"常规碎磨工艺、高压辊磨机为核心设备且节能效果最好的"圆锥中碎+高压辊磨机细碎+球磨闭路磨矿"的高压辊磨工艺和以半自磨为核心设备,流程最短的"半自磨+顽石破碎+球磨"的SABC工艺,并对3种工艺进行基建投资和生产成本的综合比较,从中优选出工艺技术先进、能源和材料消耗综合成本低、运行安全可靠、符合矿石特性和建厂条件的碎磨工艺方案。 According to the construction scale of new 40 000t/d concentrator,ore properties and mineral processing technology,the tertiary crushing + single-stage closed-circuit grinding with multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher as the main equipments,the cone crushing + high pressure roller mill crushing + ball milling with high pressure roller mill as the key equipment,which has the best energy saving effect,the semi-autogenous grinding + stone crushing + ball milling,that is SABC grinding process,with semi-autogenous mill as the key equipment,which is the shortest process,were studied.The capital investment and production cost of three kinds of technology were comprehensively compared,and the optimum process was selected which has advanced technology,low comprehensive energy and materials consumption,safe and reliable operation,and it is suitable for the construction conditions and the characteristics of ore crushing and grinding process.
