摘要
通过UFC-TMCP技术工艺试验,得到了不同部位的试验钢样品,研究了不同部位的FB钢的微观组织及其对扩孔性能与力学性能的影响。结果表明:该钢主要由贝氏体与铁素体组成,试验钢的强韧性较好;组织中存在的上贝氏体不一定恶化性能,也可能改善性能;块状铁索体与残余奥氏体的生成有利于改善扩孔性能。
By UFC-TMCP technology process experiments, the experimental steel specimens from different parts were obtained. The microstructure of FB steel from different parts and its impact on the pore expanding performance and mechanical properties were studied. The results show the experimental steel is mainly composed of bainite and ferrite, which have good strength and toughness. The microstructure of upper bainite does not necessarily deteriorate the properties, and may also improve the properties. The generat ion of massive ferrite and residual austenite can improve the pore expanding performance.
