摘要
根据香蕉无损采收过程中田间运输机械化无损化的要求,设计并研制了一种轮式香蕉运输小车,选取材料为Q235-A的方形冷弯空心型钢制成40 mm×40 mm的车架和总体长宽为1 200 mm×800 mm的底架,以1 k W,60 V的直流电动机为动力源,通过链传动进行动力传递,可实现运行速度为0.7 m/s,满载整车总质量为450 kg的作业能力,能满足小规模香蕉种植园的运输需求.
To meet the requirements of banana transportation undamaged after harvesting in field, one kind of wheeling trolley was designed and manufactured. Q235-A quadrate steel was adopted to form an 40 mm × 40 mm trolley frame and 1 200 mm×800 mm bottom frame. Continuous current dynamo was used as main power with chain transfer system to get a speed of 0. 7 rn/s. The total processing weight of the trolley could rise to 450 kg as the maximum capacity to fit the main need of small scale banana plant farm.
