摘要
采用球磨法对三七细粉进行超微粉碎,对所获不同粒径三七粉的外观性状、流动性、松密度和吸湿性等一般物理性状及有效成分溶出度进行了比较研究.结果表明:随着粒径的减小,三七粉体逐渐出现团聚现象,颜色变浅,粉末细腻,颗粒感消失,流动性变差,松密度提高,吸湿性变强.但三七超微粉有效成分的溶出度与80目细粉相比差异不明显.
Panax notoginseng ultrafine powder with different particle size was prepared by ball milling. The physical properties including particle size and distribution, appearance characters, flowability, bulk density and hygroscopicity, and dissolution of active ingredients were comparatively investigated to evalu- ate the effect of particle size on them. The results showed that with a decrease of particle size, agglomera- tion of powder was observed, powder color became shallow, granulate disappeared; lower flowability, higher bulk density and higher hygroscopicity were also found. However, there is no obvious difference of active ingredients dissolution between normal fine with 80 mesh and utrafine notoginseng powder.
