电缆分层测压工艺技术与资料解释评价研究 被引量:2

摘要 电缆分层测压取样技术具有起下速度快、施工周期短、测试效率高等优点,可地面实时直读井下流动压力和关井压力,能够准确测出井下多个生产层段的压力剖面,并可准确取出不同生产层段的流体样品。由于该工艺单层测试流动及恢复时间较短,测试资料显示均处在续流段或过渡段时期,用常规试井理论解释会出现多解性和参数误差。为了解决"多层快速测试评价解释"的技术难题,根据压力速率变化规律远早于径向流这一理论基础,以压力等时速率理论为基础,提出压力速率试井分析解释方法,开发了分层测试解释软件。实例应用表明,该方法计算结果可靠,符合现场实际。 The cable layered pressure sampling technique,has advantages of being high down and up speed,short operation period,high test efficiency,etc,Can be acquired direct reading down-hole shut-in pressure and flowing pressure on real-time,be able to measure downhole pressure profile of multiple production layer accurately,and can accurately take fluid samples of different production interval. The research and application of this technology,provides a reliable basis for understanding the technical challenge quickly of serious conflicts among layers. Because flow and the recovery time to the single test is shorter,the test data shows that both during the stream or transitional period,more solution and parameter error occurs when conventional well testing theory is used. In order to solve technical problem of ' Rapid Test Evaluation and interpretation to multilayer ' of s,according to the laws of the stress rate far earlier than radial flow this theoretical basis,based on the pressure isochronal rate theory,the stress rate analysis method of well test analysis is put forward,hierarchical test interpretation software is developed. Application shows that this method is reliable calculation results,conforms to the actual.
