摘要
阐述了焦炉荒煤气显热回收利用的必要性和可行性,分析了我国荒煤气显热回收利用技术方面进行的多种研究和探索。重点叙述焦炉荒煤气显热回收技术的实例,介绍了三钢焦炉纳米回收显热技术的应用效果、邯钢几何态构体换热器技术、唐山达丰焦化设置"安全空间"回收技术,这些技术的应用促进了焦化行业节能减排的发展。
It is stated the necessity and feasibility for sensible heat recovery and utilization of coke- oven-gas of coking oven,analyzed the different researches and explorations in this field in our country,stated in emphasis the examples of this technique,introduced the application of nanometer- technology recovery in San Steel,the geometric state architecture body heat exchanger in Han Steel and the " safety space" recovery technique in Tangshan Dafeng Coking. These techniques all promote the development of energy- saving and discharge- reducing in coking industry.
