摘要
泉州是中国制造业发展的典型代表,被列为"中国制造2025"的唯一的地方试点.泉州应充分发挥"中国制造2025"带来的有利条件,实现制造业由大向强转变.从产业规模化、行业先进性、产业外向度三个方面对泉州制造业的先进性进行测评,得出泉州建设先进制造业基地,已具备强大的物质基础和产业基础,但泉州制造业先进行业所占比重较小,产业国际竞争力弱.最后提出泉州制造业升级的主要路径,即延伸制造业产业链,提高技术创新能力,加快集群品牌建设,以及推动制造业和信息化的深度融合.
Quanzhou is a typical city of Chinese manufacturing industry.It is listed as the only pilot city of ＂Chinese Manufacturing 2025＂.The advantage of ＂Chinese Manufacturing 2025＂ should be made full use to realize the transformation from a large production towards a strong one.Quanzhou manufac- turing industry is evaluated from industry scale, industry advancement and industry extroversion.The results showed that Quanzhou manufacturing industry had a large material basis and industrial basis to build advanced manufacturing base, but a small proportion in advanced industry and the poor interna- tional competitiveness.Some upgrading countermeasures of Quanzhou manufacturing industry are pro- posed,such as extending industry chain,enhancing technology innovation capability,speeding up the cluster brand construction and integrating of the IT application and industrialization.
