摘要 胶乳实际上是一种乳化的聚合物体系,是直径为50 nm^200 nm的聚合物球形颗粒分散在黏稠的胶体体系中,再加入一定的表面活性剂以防止聚合物颗粒聚结而形成的。胶乳水泥因具有良好的抗折强度、渗透率低、失水小、抗腐蚀能力强等优点被广泛应用于油井固井中。一般合成胶乳采用两种方式进行,即在原浆上进行改性和直接从苯乙烯和丁二烯合成胶乳。胶乳水泥因其独特的优越性能被应用于深井固井、高压井固井、小尾管固井、调整井固井以及气井固井中。 Latex is actually an emulsion of polymer system, is a diameter of 50 nm ~200 nm spherical polymer particles dispersed in a viscous colloidal system, adding some surface active agent to prevent polymer particle coalescence and formation. Latex cement has been widely used in oil well cementing because of its advantages such as good bending strength,low permeability, low loss of water, strong corrosion resistance and so on. General, synthetic latex was carried out by two methods, namely in puree were modified and directly from styrene and butadiene synthetic rubber latex. Because of its unique advantages, latex cement has been used in deep well cementing, high pressure well cementing, small tail pipe well cementing, well cementing and gas well cementing.
