摘要
目的对比几种常用纤维桩的X线阻射性是否有差别。方法选择常用的3种纤维桩,即Rely X?Fiber Post(Rely X),PARAPOST®FIBER LUX(Parapost)和D.T.Light-Post Illusion X-RO(DT)和新型的阻射性纤维桩Macro-Lock Illusion X-RO(ML)。收集20颗离体前磨牙,随机分成4组(n=5),按照厂家说明预备桩道,用Parabond和Para Core系统粘接4种纤维桩;另外将纤维桩横切制备成厚度为2 mm的试件,制作标准铝楔,然后拍摄X线片评价其阻射性,并用电子显微镜观察纤维桩断面。结果 ML组纤维桩的X线阻射性明显高于其他3组(P<0.05),Rely X组和DT组居中,而Parapost组的阻射性最低。结论 4种纤维桩的X阻射性有差别,ML纤维桩阻射性明显大于其他3种。
Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the radiopacity of 4 commercially available fiber posts. Methods Three commercially available fiber post systems: Rely X? Fiber Post(Rely X), PARAPOST FIBER LUX(Parapost), and D.T. Light-Post Illusion X-RO(DT) with a new fiber post Macro-Lock Illusion X-RO(ML) were selected. After endodontic treatment of 20 extracted premolars, the teeth were randomly divided into 4 groups. Then the root canal was prepared using the specific drills according to the manufactures’ instructions. The 4 groups of fiber posts were bonded to the root substrate using the Parabond and luting cement Para Core. Five cylindrical specimens 2 mm thick were cut from each of 4 groups of fiber posts. Radiographic images of all the specimens along with a standard aluminum step wedge were obtained on an occlusal film. Radiodensity levels were subsequently calculated as equivalents of aluminum thickness. The visual examination of the cross-sectional post surfaces were performed with a scanning electron microscope. Results The new fiber post ML group showed greater radiopacity than other 3 groups, followed by Rely X and DT group. However, the Parapost group demonstrated the lowest optical density. Conclusion Radiopacity of the new ML quartz fiber post is greater than those of the other fiber posts selected.
