摘要
目的探讨授权教育对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者自我管理能力的影响。方法选取华北石油管理局总医院呼吸内科2014年1月-2015年1月收治的80例COPD患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组实施授权教育,干预时间为3个月,分别在干预前、干预3个月后采用授权简化量表、自我管理量表评价两组患者的授权能力和自我管理能力。结果干预前对所有研究对象的授权能力、自我管理评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),干预3个月后观察组授权能力、自我管理评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论采取医生-护士-患者合作的模式,以患者为中心的授权教育可提高COPD患者的授权能力及自我管理的知识和技能,促进行为改变与维持,实现长期目标管理,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore impacts of empowerment education on self-management of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods 80 cases of COPD patients admitted from January 2014 to January 2015 in the General Hospital of North China Petroleum Administration were selected as the research objects and divided into control group, with 40 cases and observation group with 40 cases by random number table method. The control group was interfered with conventional health education while the observation group was under empowerment education for 3months. Both empowerment capacity and self-management capacity of patients in two groups by adopting the authorization simplify inventory and self-management scale respectively before and after intervention for 3 months were evaluated. Results There was no statistical significance between two groups from aspects of empowerment ability and self-management score previously before intervention(P〉0.05). However, after 3 months of intervention, the empowerment ability and self management score of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,which was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Under the cooperation pattern of doctor-nurser-patient and patient-oriented, empowerment education can enhance the empowerment capacity as well as acquaintance and practice of self-management of patients with COPD, facilitate the behavior modification and maintenance, achieve long-term target management and improve the quality of life.
