摘要
目的:结合临床实践经验,观察自拟补肾活血方对冠心病PCI术后心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:纳入86例冠心病PCI术后心绞痛患者,应用抽签方式随机分为实验组43例和对照组43例,对照组接受西医常规抗心绞痛治疗原则。实验组在对照组治疗的基础上联合自拟补肾活血方治疗。观察治疗前后两组病患心绞痛发作次数,比较中医证候积分变化情况,记录治疗前后动态心电图变化情况。结果:通过治疗后,两组患者心绞痛情况均有改善,实验组总有效率95.3%显著高于对照组72.0%,组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组治疗后临床中医证候积分与治疗前相比均有所降低,差异均有显著性(P<0.05);实验组降低幅度显著大于对照组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组病患治疗后24小时缺血发作次数、缺血总时间、缺血最长持续时间、室性早搏次数均明显减少,较治疗前差异有显著性(P<0.05);且实验组以上各项指标改善情况较对照组更为可观,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上应用自拟补肾活血方治疗冠心病PIC术后心绞痛充分发挥了其优势,既提高了临床疗效,又促进了预后康复,值得临床推广和普及。
Objective： Combined with clinical practice experience,to observe the clinical curative effect of using Self-made Bushen Huoxue Recipe in the treatment of angina pectoris after PCI of coronary heart disease. Methods： In 86 cases of PCI postoperative coronary heart disease angina pectoris patients,were randomly divided into experimental group and controlled group with Ballot method,43 cases in each group,the control group accepted routine western medicine. The experimental group accepted Self-made Bushen Huoxue Recipe on the basis of the control group. Observed two groups of patients before and after the treatment of angina pectoris attack times,changes of TCM syndrome integral,record the change of the dynamic electrocardiogram（ ECG） before and after the treatment. Results： After treatment,two groups of patients also had an improved angina pectoris,the experimental group（ 95. 3%） was significantly higher than the controlled group（ 72. 0%） of the total effective rate,there were significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The two groups after treatment of clinical TCM syndrome integral had decreased compared with before treatment,differences were significant（ P〈0. 05）; the experimental group had significant difference reduce was significantly greater than the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）. Attack frequency of two groups of patients treated 24 h after ischemia and ischemia time,the longest duration,number of ventricular premature beat were significantly decreased,there were significant difference than before treatment（ P〈0. 05）; the experimental group and the above indexes improvement was more significant than the controlled group,with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： On the basis of conventional treatment application,using Self-made Bushen Huoxue Recipe on the PIC in postoperative treatment of the coronary heart disease of angina pectoris gives full play to its advantages,can not only improve the clinical curative effect,and promote the rehabilitation outcome,worthy of clinical promotion and popularization.
