摘要
针对嵌入式系统掉电保护的问题,对低压差(LDO)线性稳压器对系统掉电保护的作用进行了研究。实验以基于LPC2138的嵌入式系统为例,测试了压降不同的3款稳压器对系统掉电后工作时间的影响。通过分析实验数据,得出结论:低压降的LDO线性稳压器相对普通的稳压器具有显著的优势,系统掉电后,它能够为系统提供更加充足的时间向外部存储设备写入重要信息。
Focused on the power fail safeguard in embedded system,the effects of LDO regulators on power-down protection were introduced.The relationship between the LDO regulators and the operating time of system after power down was tested.The experiment was based on LPC2138 system and the difference of operating time after power down was tested when using different regulators.After analyzing the data,the results show that LDO regulators can provide enough time for system to write important data to storage device.
