摘要 基于当前企业经营环境的复杂多变,有色金属企业供应链的优化整合,有助于其在巨大的竞争压力下快速适应多变的行业环境。针对其供应链的特点及行业发展现状,文章以有色金属企业供应链整合的主要驱动因素为研究对象,分析和探讨外在驱动因素如环境不确定和政府支持及交易成本、资源优化配置、企业绩效等内在经济驱动因素与有色金属供应链整合之间的关系,并基于现状和驱动机制的分析提出了在现有政策导向和市场环境下有色金属供应链整合的发展路径。 As a strategic non-renewable resource, Tungsten is facing some typical problems, such as unreasonable industrial structure, low utilization rate of resources, which limits the pace of its sustainable development. Industrial clusters help restructuring and upgrading China's tungsten industry. Complementing the downstream part of the supply chain can improve and enhance their core competitiveness on the basis of Industrial clusters; while extending tungsten supply chain which means optimizing its reverse logistics chain, can strengthen secondary resources recycling and reuse along the supply chain; finally, to design the water and energy integration of the production process which means carry secondary use, to do great help to improve the comprehensive utilization of resources along the tungsten supply chain, and to promote clusters of knowledge spillover, thereby it can accelerate their industrial transformation and upgrading and promoting the value chain of tungsten industry clusters.
