摘要
目的探讨3种方法治疗白内障合并青光眼的临床效果。方法方便选取2011年4月—2014年5月该院收治的99例白内障合并青光眼患者,随机分为A组(33例)、B组(33例)、C组(33例),分别给予患者3种不同手术治疗。观察治疗效果及眼压变化。结果 A组、B组、C组白内障合并青光眼患者的治疗总有效率分别为90.91%、87.88%、90.91%,3组数据对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而A组眼压(14.68±2.24)、B组眼压(15.50±2.12)、C组眼压(14.27±2.25)对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论白内障合并青光眼患者采用不同手术方法治疗,效果无明显差异,临床上应结合患者的实际情况选择合适的手术治疗。
Objective To study the clinical effect of three methods in treatment of cataract and glaucoma.Methods 99 cases of patients with cataract and glaucoma admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2011 to May 2014 were selected and randomly divided into group A,group B and group C with 33 cases in each,the three groups were treated with three different operations,and the treatment effect and intraocular pressure changes were observed.Results The total treatment effective rate between the group A,group B and group C had no obvious difference by comparison,[（14.68±2.24） vs（15.50±2.12） vs（14.27±2.25）],P〉0.05.Conclusion The effects of different operation methods in treatment of patients with cataract and glaucoma have no obvious difference,and we should choose suitable operation treatment combined with the actual conditions of patients in clinic.
