摘要
目的探讨皮肤创面无机诱导活性敷料在皮肤溃烂创面中的应用效果。方法以我院2015年6月~2016年3月收治的66例皮肤溃烂患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组。对照组33例创面清洗后用碘伏油纱布覆盖,观察组33例创口常规清洗后用无机诱导活性敷料喷雾剂喷涂皮肤创面,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后7 d,对照组与观察组愈合率为48.5%和51.5%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.06,P=0.8064);治疗后14 d,对照组与观察组愈合率分别为75.8%和97.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.63,P=0.0314)。观察组愈合时间为(16.3±3.5)d、住院时间为(18.6±2.1)d,短于对照组的(27.6±5.4)d、(31.2±3.1)d(P〈0.05);观察组用药次数为(19.3±1.1)次,少于对照组的(28.6±1.2)次,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。两组患者用药后均未出现严重不良反应。结论皮肤创面无机诱导活性敷料在皮肤溃烂创面的应用中可有效缩短愈合时间,提高治疗效果,可在临床中推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effects of skin wound inorganic induction activity dressing in skin ulcerated wound.Methods 66 skin ulcerated patients from June 2015 to March 2016 of our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table.33 patients in control group were covered with iodine oil gauze after wound cleaning.33 patients in observation group were given spraying skin wounds with inorganic induction activity dressing spray after wound routine cleaning.The treatment effects in two groups were compared.Results After treatment for 7 days,the cure rate in control group and observation group were respectively 48.5% and51.5%,and the difference had no statistical significance(χ2=0.06,P =0.8064);After treatment for 14 days,the cure rate were respectively 75.8% and 97.0%, and the difference was statistical significance(χ2=4.63,P=0.0314).The cure time,hospital stay and times of medication in observation group were respectively(16.3 ±3.5)d,(18.6 ±2.1)d and(19.3 ±1.1),which were respectively(27.6±5.4)d,(31.2±3.1)d and(28.6±1.2) in control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P 〈0.05).Any severe adverse effects appeared in two groups.Conclusion Using skin wound inorganic induction activity dressing in skin ulcerated wound can shorten the healing time effectively and enhance treatment effects,and can be used and popularized.
