摘要
建立了一座中试规模的真菌/细菌复合生物床,研究真菌/细菌复合型生物床对稀释剂生产车间产生的有机废气的净化能力。调试期间,中试设备与企业生产同时进行,调试表明:保持生物床在稳定运行时,在进气浓度为53~222 mg/m^3范围内TVOC的去除效率为60%~80%,最大去除率为85.9%(进气浓度79 mg/m^3);停机40 h后系统TVOC的去除率能在4 h后恢复到50%左右;整个系统的运行费用为60000元/a。
To evaluate the fungal / bacterial mix integrated biological bed purification capacity of the diluent organic waste generated in the production workshop,a pilot- scale fungal / bacterial integrated biological bed was designed,during commissioning,pilot plant and enterprise production at the same time. The results showed that keeping integrated biological bed in stable operation,with the intake concentration removal efficiency within 53 ~ 222 mg /m^3 and TVOC range of 60% ~ 80%,the maximum removal was 85. 9%( inlet concentration was 79 mg/m^3). After 40 h,the removal rate of TVOC can be restore to about 50% after 4 h. The whole system operating cost was 60000 rmb/a.
