摘要 采用带有位阻基团的二胺类扩链剂,制备符合高速铁路标准要求的低模量双组分聚氨酯密封胶。讨论了NCO含量、扩链剂、增塑剂和超细填料用量对密封胶性能的影响。结果表明,在预聚体(A组分)的NCO质量分数为4.0%~5.0%,B组分中扩链剂Wanalink 6200、增塑剂DINP、超细碳酸钙填料质量分数分别为15%~20%、15%~20%、50%~60%时,所得的密封胶的性能最佳。 The low modulus two-component polyurethane sealant in accordance with the standard requirements of high speed railway was prepared by a diamine chain extender with steric hindrance groups. The effects of NCO content in prepolymer, the amount of chain extender, the amount of plasticizer and powder content on the properties of the sealant were discussed. The properties of the sealant were the best when the NCO content in prepolymer was 4.0% -5.0%, and the contents of NCO, chain extender Wanalink 6200, plasticizer DINP and uhrafine calcium carbonate powder in component B were 15%-20%, 15%-20% ,50%-60%, respectively
