摘要
目的分析研究影响消毒供应中心清洗与消毒环节工作质量因素,并据此提出质量控制的有效方法。方法将2014年11月—2015年4月间该院消毒供应中心未实施质量控制管理前的工作情况作为对照组,将2015年5月—2015年10月间该院消毒供应中心实施质量控制管理后的工作情况作为观察组。主要对比项目为实施优质质量控制方法前后消毒供应中心的工作质量评分、清洗、消毒操作合格率以及满意度等。结果工作人员的专业水平、工作环节管理不足、缺乏主动服务意识、缺乏监督机制等是主要质量影响因素。观察组的工作质量评分、消毒、清洗操作合格率以及各科室对消毒供应中心的工作满意度相较于对照组均有显著提高,上述数据经统计学处理分析后显示P<0.05,故差异具有统计学意义。结论消毒供应中心的是控制医院感染的主要部门,故积极调查相关影响因素,并采取有效的质量控制方法提高消毒供应中心清洗、消毒环节的工作质量、提高服务满意度以及服务质量十分重要。
Objective To analyze the impact study CSSD cleaning and disinfection links quality of work factors, and accord-ingly proposed an effective method of quality control. Methods November 2014 - April 2015 between hospital CSSD did not work before the implementation of quality control management as a control group, in May 2015 - the implementation of quality control in our hospital between October 2015 Disinfection Supply Center after work management as the observation group. Comparison before and after the main project for the implementation of high-quality control methods work CSSD quality score, cleaning and disinfection operations pass rate and satisfaction. Results The level of professionalism of staff, inadequate management aspects of the work, lack of awareness of active service, the lack of oversight mechanisms is the main quality factors. Quality of work in the observation group score, disinfection, cleaning operations and various depart-ments of the passing rate of job satisfaction sterile supply center have improved significantly compared to the control group, said data after statistical analysis showed P〈0.05, it has statistics significance. Conclusion The CSSD is the main hospital infection control department, so actively investigating relevant factors, and take effective quality control methods to improve CSSD cleaning, disinfection part of the quality of work, improve service satisfaction and quality of service is very important.
