摘要
目的探讨在放射科建立突发事件急救管理的应用价值及安全性。方法该组病例均来自该院放射科自2013年8月—2015年9月收治的发生突发性事件的27例患者的临床资料,建立突发事件急救管理方案,制定急救管理制度及管理流程。加强护士培训,加强对患者疾病诊断,并给予对症处理。结果该组27例患者均得到合理处理,未见并发症的发生,无死亡病例的出现,并给予准确出具了诊断报告。结论在放射科建立突发事件急救管理,提高抢救有效率,降低患者死亡率,同时准确为临床提供诊断报告,这对于提高治疗效果具有极大的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the application value and safety of the establishment of emergency radiology in emer-gency management. Methods in this group of patients to self hospital radiology since the occurrence and clinical data of 27 patients with sudden event in 2013 and 2015 August hospital in September, the establishment of emergency emergency management scheme, formulate emergency management system and management process. Strengthen the training of nurses, strengthen the patients disease diagnosis, and given symptomatic treatment. Results 27 patients in this group were reason-able treatment, no complications, no death case, and give the accurate diagnosis report issued. Conclusion in the radiology department established emergency emergency management, to improve the rescue efficiency, to reduce the mortality of pa-tients, at the same time, accurate diagnostic report, which to improve the therapeutic effect has great application value.
