摘要
目的探讨人性化护理服务模式在眼科门诊工作中的应用效果。方法选取该院收治的120例眼科疾病患者作为研究对象,收治时间在2011年4月—2014年5月期间,使用数字抽取法将其平均分成各有60例患者的观察组和对照组,对照组眼科疾病患者接受常规护理措施,观察组眼科疾病患者接受人性化护理服务,观察两组眼科疾病患者的临床护理效果。结果观察组眼科疾病患者的焦虑值(12.34±1.23)分、抑郁值(14.34±3.33)分、护理满意度90.00%、护理人员的护理质量(92.43±4.23)分及医疗纠纷发生率(6.67%)明显优于对照组眼科疾病患者,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理服务模式在眼科门诊护理管理工作中具有显著的临床效果,可有效消除患者的不良情绪,提高护理人员的护理质量及患者的护理满意度,减少医疗纠纷,值得在临床护理工作中进一步推广及运用。
Objective To study the humanized nursing service mode the application result in ophthalmic outpatient nursing management. Methods Choose 120 cases of our hospital eye disease patients as the research object,the treating time in April 2011 to May 2014, using a digital sampling method the average into each have 60 patients of the observation group and control group, control group patients with eye diseases for routine nursing measures, observation group of eye disease patients to accept the humanized nursing service, observe clinical nursing effect of two groups of patients with eye diseases.Results Observation group values of anxiety in the patients with eye disease(12.34 ±1.23), depression value(14.34±3.33)points, nursing satisfaction(90.00%), the nursing quality of the nursing staff(92.43±4.23) and the incidence of medical disputes(6.67%) was better than control group in patients with eye disease, significant difference was found in two groups of data comparison(P〈0.05). Conclusion Humanistic nursing service mode in the ophthalmic outpatient nursing management work has significant clinical effect,can effectively eliminate the bad feelings of the patients,improve the quality of nursing care and nursing satisfaction of patients,reduce medical disputes,is worth further promotion and application in the clinical nursing work.
