摘要
目的探讨儿童保健融入早教知识对儿童发育的影响。方法选取120例于2014年5月—2015年5月期间出生的足月健康幼儿,随机分为对照组与实验组,两组儿童均实施系统儿童保健,实验组将早教知识融入儿童保健中,观察两组幼儿的生长发育情况。结果实验组体重、身长均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),头围差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组3个月、6个月、9个月、12个月龄患儿MDI、PDI均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组新生儿护理知识、早期教育及训练内容、婴儿喂养知识及方法、抚触方法及技巧的知晓率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组家长对医务人员的服务满意度较对照组显著要高(P<0.05)。结论将早教内容融入儿童保健,可促进体格发育和神经心理的发展,值得借鉴。
Objective To study the impact of early education in the child development.Methods 120 healthy full-term infants delivered from May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital were selected.The subjects were randomly divided into control group and test group.Both of groups adopted the systematic care.On the basis,the test group also took the early education.The child development was observed.Results The body weight and height for test group was better than that of control group(P〈0.05);the head circumference for two groups was not significantly different(P〈0.05);in 3m,6m,9m and 12 m,the points of MDI and PDI for test group were signficantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.05);the child's and family's satisfaction on the medical staff's service for test group was significantly higher than the family of control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion During the child health care,the early education can promote the child's physical development and neuropsychologic development.It is worthy of learning.
